We have just had the old mastic in 10 sash windows renewed and an old rotten sill replaced. We are really happy with the work which has been done very thoroughly and professionally. We'd obviously previously only had patch up jobs, but this time the old mastic was completely removed, and the gaps filled with expanding foam, before the new mastic was applied. Craig was a polite and careful worker and kept everything exceptionally clean and tidy. A five star job.

Just had five sash windows refurbished by this team and very happy with quality of workmanship and trustworthyness of individuals who did the work. A good, competitive price (we checked) and even neighbours mentioned how polite they were and impressed with cleaning up at end of each day. Highly recommended!

Had all windows replaced in flat. The company were happy to liaise with my tenant which was really helpful for me. They did a fabulous job in upgrading the property and gave excellent advice about all the options available. Very good value for money into the bargain.

After calling around 10 edinburgh based glaziers for a crown glass glazing repair and getting no where, I called Neil at Sash and Case Restoration Co and who was happy to help. The job was booked in on Friday afternoon and the work was completed on Tuesday morning with David carrying out the repair to a high standard . David and his team were excellent and did a brilliant job with our sash and case windows. We hadn't done any maintenance on them for 15+ years. The team worked quickly and professionally - replacing cracked panes, replacing rotten sills, replacing brass work and adding new draft exclusion and pulleys. The windows have a new lease of life. Would absolutely recommend.
